Paul attended on very short notice, took a few minutes to diagnose the problem, and suggested I leave the fridge unplugged for 4 or 5 days to resolve it. He was gone within about 10 minutes of arriving and didn't charge a call-out fee. When we finally plugged the fridge back in, it was back to normal. Highly recommend.

Paul was great. Turned up same day and figured out that there's was nothing wrong with the fridge except a build up of frost which was blocking the air flow to the top part. All it needed was a good defrost and all would be well.Well, defrost done and fridge working great. No need to buy another. He also fixed the missing wheel and adjusted the fridge so the door wasn't catching and it would close by itself.So happy, thanks Paul!
